Product characteristics measuring during production
In terms of improving the quality of final products and saving costs it is necessary to perform measurements of the properties of the manufactured products in technology. If the production engineer gets continuous information about the physical properties of materials and semi-products from the production line, it will help him to adjust or trim the machines or modify the formulas. To obtain this information, suitable measuring systems, which are able to work under hard operating conditions and provide reliable information, must be installed.
Such systems are different from the usual measuring and automation elements and generally not available as ready-to-use products. They are mostly applied in a specific environment and usually measure and evaluate one physical value.
We develop, manufacture and implement special measuring systems for different environments. For example environments with explosion hazard, extremely low or high temperatures, dust, etc. During the development we perform a lot of short-term and long-term test measurements of the designed elements with subsequent evaluation. After having studied all obtained specifications we determine the arrangement of the system and its reliability, service life and accuracy.
Our development department is able to develop a measuring device with discrete components from the connection diagram to the final arrangement. We can name gas detectors, transmission systems for 10 km distance from mine environment zone 1, mine mercaptan signalling for life saving which has its own custom control system for checking electric properties of the parts of internal circuits which emit mercaptan gas into the mine environment according to methane detection, etc. The designed systems are highly resistant to mechanical and electric damage.
